A genetic condition that takes place deep inside the tissue structure of the penis. The brain sends false signals to the penis tissue causing the penis to rapidly switch between being erect and soft. In more serious situations it causese the penis to move and jump around so fast it cannot be touched or controlled. Sometimes referred to as Super Sneaky Disorder. (SSD)
