A monkey, of any species, that is acting extremely abnormal due to excessive inhalation of cannabis smoke. Coming from the conjunction of the words "stoned" and "monkey". A "stunkee" is often characterized by extremely bloodshot eyes, an enormous appetite and a facial expression indicative of "having no idea what is going on." Also can be used to describe the primitive state of a human that is constantly high on marijuana; a.k.a. a stoner. Or the permastoned demeanor of a former or current chronic marijuana user.
