A McChurger is the most tasty, yet dangerous sandwich one could ever get from McDonalds, or anywhere for that matter. It is made from a McChicken and a Double Cheeseburger. You stick the entire McChicken sandwich (bun and all) in between the two patties of the Double Cheeseburger. BBQ sauce is encouraged, but not required. Many people often have a heartattack before they are able to finish the beast. Cramps, fatigue, food babies, vomiting and diarrhea are common side effects among survivors.
