Cool and tough is an interestingly paradoxical statement. Too much cool, you're not tough enough. On the other hand, too much tough, and you're not cool (huge problem). Needless to say, cool and tough is an enormous problem that America, and various other countries, are facing. Is Keller Williams cool/tough? Possibly so. Is he crunchy? The answer is a resounding yes.
