Origin: Chris Brown, a known R&B singer, aged 19. He viciously attacked his girlfriend, Rhianna, while he was driving. The attack was caused by her questioning a number of text messages he received from a woman with whom he had a prior sexual relationship. Def: To use physical violence towards a woman, esp. against one's significant other. Is not rooted in love, but is more commonly associated with ideas of "putting a woman in her place" and/or an inability to effectively communicate.
