Primarily this is the pain associated with turning ones head to the right (in the UK) whilst waiting for buses; although it can manifest itself in many other situations. Other factors are: if, whilst waiting for a bus, you are on the first seat at the bus stop, it becomes increasingly difficult to look to the left since the other waitees are all looking to the right (and in essence looking at you)
