When a roll of Fruit by the foot is inserted into a well lubricated orifice on the body. Then a small piece is pulled out to get it started, and from there someone uses only there mouth to eat the roll, all while the person containing the snack holds it in so it doesn't pop out until it's gone. Many variations exist on this act.
