The phrase your girlfriend/boyfriend says to you after you break up but still want to be "just friends." In other words, they're just saying it because they have to. They don't really still love you. They replace the "you" with "ya" to make it casual, and not serious. It makes things awkward - especially if one of you guys still likes eachother but you realize this whole "unserious" thing. Relationships suck.
