a physical reaction to someone else obvious/absurd comment, phrase or action. The reaction traditionally consists of 2-4 fingers in a "rake like" motion and placed on the back of the neck. Depending on how serious the comment, phrase, or action will determine the severity of the rake, but will always follow with the loud pronunciation of the word(s), "THATS A RAKE!", or "RAKE!", either by the person giving the rake or anyone around to witness the rake. Origin: Lee Jr. High, San Angelo, Tx(mid 90's)
