The putrid late 80's-early 90's hair "style" in which a female utilizes most of the can of Aqua Net to jack her bangs up to a height that rivals the girl's body height. The resulting look is that of a claw on the front of the offending party's head, or depending on their levels of promiscuity can resemble a nuclear blast. The end look is that of a cheap tart or lady of the night.
