One of the most affluent cities in Canada, West Vancouver has the highest annual income per household in British Columbia. Populated by mostly professionals and heirs/heriesses spending their wealth, West Vancouver also houses a number of "pinoy" nannies who prance around in TNA and are an integral part of society.
