The state of being extremely intoxicated. The word diesel is usually used to differentiate between getting crunk, which may be done on a regular basis, and crunk diesel, which signifies a special occasion. An important distinction to make is that the occasion must be a positive one; getting crunk diesel is a celebratory action. It should also be noted that on the spectrum of intoxication, crunk dieselment spans from the point when one is sufficiently intoxicated to begin to act silly and lose inhibitions to the point where sickness or other unpleasantness sets in. Beyond this point, the drinker is no longer crunk diesel.
