1212 is possibly a typo or short form for 12/2012 made by a Youtuber while talking about the Simpsons Season 20 Episode 7 : Were Lisa purchases a "Mapple" and receive her "My Bill". The two consecutive 12 refer to the month and year and refer to the supposed grandiose event that will happen in the year 2012 (or on 12/21/2012). (See definition of 2012 for more details: Claimed by some with New age beliefs to be a great year of spiritual transformation. However it is also claimed to be the end of civilization, or humanity.) Wikipedia talks about 2012 as a Metaphysical speculations.
