1212 is possibly a typo or short form for 12/2012 made by a Youtuber (Dec 3rd 2008) while talking about the Simpsons season 20, episode 7. In the episode, Lisa purchases a "Mapple" and receives her "My Bill". The consecutive 12's refer to the month and the year of the supposed grandiose event that will happen in the year 2012 (or on 12/21/2012). (See definition of 2012 for more details: Claimed by some with New age beliefs to be a great year of spiritual transformation. However it is also claimed to be the end of civilization, or humanity.) Wikipedia talks about 2012 as metaphysical speculations.
