When an inmate would subscribe to a hot chicks magazine such as maxim so he can rip out pages of the half naked chicks. he then proceeds to stick the paper in a plastic waterproof sleeve... then stick it to the wall in the shower. sometimes many of these will be in the shower at once for viewers pleasure
