1. when speaking, your mind sometimes cant find the word you are trying to use to describe another thing, so you put ooga booga in its place. everyone will know what you're trying to describe without even saying the word. 2. often times when in a game (volleyball as an example)you are losing real badly so when the opposite team is up to serve silently whisper as a team "ooga booga" right before the server comes in contact with the ball. there is a 95% chance the server will hit the ball incorrectly or miss, giving your team the ball and the point. (prooven, my volleyball team tested it out at a real match)
