Pronouced "Foobum" An acronym which stands for FAT UGLY BALD MAN. Does not have to be male. Describes an attention seeking whore, who overreacts to everything. They must have a shaved head, complain about weight, and bitch at life. They have a mental condition in which they enjoy their friends being depressed and are understimulated by happiness. Attention keeps these FUBMs alive. Ignore them and they might kill themselves.
