Abbreviation of "Out of Country"; commonly used when being less than inconspicuous with persons whom one trusts, to describe a trip out of the country to pick up copious amounts of illicit drugs for retail sale in the home country, or simply to secure a connect or a business arrangement; more specific than OT (Out of Town), since the aforementioned term can describe a trip out of one's city of residence to another city, state, or country, whereas "OC" literally means crossing international borders.
