A saying used to be a comic way of saying "[Don't go there]." Invented by two girls who go to NAHS in Naples, Italy back in 2006 while looking at a yearbook picture of a graduate, Noah Going. They [thought it was] really funny how his name could be turned into a sentence if you said it right. Also, this kid got his ring finger cut off by hopping over a fence with a ring on, and the ring got caught on the fence and tore off his finger!! Due to this story, the saying is often accompanied by pointing with your [middle finger], imitating the fact he didn't have a pointer finger.
