A once completely rural and poor town in Central Florida, but now taken over by quarter-acre lots, Chuluota has only 2 divisions of people: dirt-poor and upper-middle class. It's an interesting mix of the surrounding towns, yuppy-suburban Oviedo and hick-ville Geneva, which makes it impossible to stereotype the residents. Past the millions of identical houses you might be lucky enough to find a few thousands acres of private ranches and state parks.
