The Getaway Plan is an alternative rock band based in Australia. The band formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 2003, currently comprising of vocalist/guitarist Matthew Wright, guitarist Clint Splattering, bassist Dave Anderson and drummer Aaron Barnett. They are moderately successful and their success will continue to rise. They have a large amount of skill. They recently rose to fame because of their second single on their first studio album (Other Voices, Other Rooms). The single was called "Where the City Meets the Sea". The Getaway Plan have played with bands such as My Chemical Romance, Kisschasy, The Used and Taking Back Sunday.
