atdp (academic talent development program) is only the lamest summer berkeley program ever. designed for kids from grades 7-11, it is destined to ruin your summer for the worse by barricading you with 7-14 hours of homework daily in subjects like The Writing Process, Algebra II/Trig, Geometry, AP Economics, Japanese 1-4, Intro to Geometric Thinking, SAT Prep etc etc. usually the only thing kids look forward to is for it to be over on that wonderful last friday of july. sucks up 6 weeks of your precious summer. everyone who goes there has at least a 3.5 or higher...therefore it's caled ATDP
