1. Somewhat like a noob, except that the pleb is well aware of his or her plebishness, and will ask the guru for assistance with the greatest of respect and little or no self esteem. Thus: "Oh, great IT Guru, grant me the boon of your wisdom in configuring my wireless router, for I am merely a pleb and cannot do it myself." 2. Pleb is also used derisively by non-plebs, but also as a derisive term of affection. for example: "You mean to tell me that you're using a long integer to store a value which must be in the range of 0-32?!? You fucking pleb, you're wasting 3 bytes of memory!"
