1. a condition in which the eyes are not properly aligned with each other, due to the constant metaphysical pull of the affected eye towards Westbury, NY. It typically involves a lack of coordination between the extraocular muscles that prevents bringing the gaze of each eye to the same point in space, under the strong influence of Westbury, NY. Also known as lazy eye and geophysical strabismus. *Note - When the afflicted is physically located in Westbury, NY, the Westbury Eye will spin violently, like a compass at the magnetic North Pole.
