A weapon of mass destruction often constructed in class room settings in which the availability of hand sanitizer and tissues is abundant. One creates a hand sanitizer bomb by squirting a significant amount of hand sanitizer into one or a layer of tissues and then folds the tissue in on itself to create a bulbous sac of hand sanitizer. The rest of the unused tissue is twisted as the hand sanitizer wets it creating hold for the tissue to stay closed. Bomb is then grabbed by its loose and dry end and thrown at desirable target. Similar to a hand lotion bomb
