a phrase rarely use by the most astute and creative of people derived from a poorer, working-class or 'ghetto' background to describe a piece of music, usually of the dubstep persuasion, as being something low brow, mellow if you will. it can be used to describe any example of any genre of music one feels is relaxed and its origins can be seen as resulting from the term 'coffee-table music', a phrase resulting in a certain portrayal, a certain image to be created in which a cigar could be lit. it was originally coined by a certain two bristol individuals
