Slang for pockmarked midget with a cellulite dimpled ass. To be a BiscuitDoughJones, you have to be 1) really short, 2) have a really messed up Freddy Krueger looking acne scarred face, 3) have so much cellulite on your ass and thighs that you look like a walking bag of cottage cheese. It also helps if you have comparatively small boobies, to increase the hilarious factor. Most BiscuitDoughJoneses have attempted suicide but have not (yet) succeeded.
