Huroko can be used in two ways: 1. The exact moment when a person realizes that they are homosexual (or bisexual). This refers to the mental realization and acceptance of their attraction to the same gender (called 'huroko moment'). 2. A person's first homosexual thought or physical act that is sincere. This often happens well before the mental realization of being homosexual (simply called 'huroko').
