Flairista is a term used to describe a Barista who adds flair to liven up his/her job. Generally, some common types of flair for a barista is to flip cups, whipped cream cans, drinks and tampers. Flair can also be latte' art or designs on other beverages. Basically this is a bartender with flair, but without the alcohol.
