A sexually active young male (in a South London context, often Jamaican or other carribean) who never has more than casual sex, but avoids contraception because he wants as many kids as possible (even though they won't know him as dad). Also - throwaway term used by a woman who's borne such a child to describe the (unidentified) father of her offspring.
