Name given to members of the US Coastguard. They are known in towns with Coastguard bases for their pirate-like behavior of plundering the town's resource of women and local bars or taverns. I have been personally told by many of them that they do not like mere civilians calling them that and many of them say that they were the ones who began calling themselves that.
