A person or group of persons that are very computer illiterate. Sometimes used by geeks to describe people that just use computers. Tech support people get more calls from LUsers than Users. LUsers are also known for stupid tech support questions that make it on many sites. People usually excluded from this are users with some computer knowledge or people that work with computers.
