Bananabating is a form of masturbation that involves, yes, a banana. Take a semi-ripe banana and wrap the banana 2/3 of the way up with duct tape. With the banana still unpeeled, squish around the insides until mushy. Then, cut off the untaped 1/3 and throw away.
