A Park rat refers to any person who spends an inordinate amount of time at a skateboard park OR a snowboard/ski park. Snowboard park rats are characterized by their lack of adequate hygiene, poor grammar, terribe emo clothing, and a complete and utter inability to ride big mountain. Park Rats are to be avoided, as prolonged exposure leads to increased stupidity.
