A sushi surprise is the act of inserting the penis into a empty sushi (seaweed and rice only) so your girlfriend can suck your penis and eat the sushi at the same time. This practice has been elaborated by Osoma Kinubushi, a japanese cook in the early 70's. Since then, it became a common practice in Japan, as well as in North America and Europe.
