-a phrase used to express joy, shock, disappointment -used in reaction to great surprise -used when something cute happens -MOST COMMONLY: a phrase that Natalie uses all the time in the most ridiculous situations. It realeases a very high-pitched frequency, so high that the bears in Alaska peak over to California to see what that noise was. Only cool people and Alaskan bears can hear it. Note: This phrase can be used ONLY in instances similar to the following examples. Non-compliance may result in fine, imprisonment, and/or a lisp.
