Fibbie is a slang term, mainly used by other law enforcement members, to describe the FBI, who tend to take away cases from local jurisdictions, screw them up, and then blame said local jurisdictions for the screw up. Is also used by surburban kids who watched too many spy movies. Largely supersided by the term Party Van.
