A sexual act in which three nude persons of either sex form a human pyramid. A fourth participant--"King Tut", generally male (or female with a strap-on)--then cartwheels into position behind the pyramid such that he or she ends up doing a head stand, penetrating the topmost member of the pyramid with the penis or dildo and fingering the bottom two members with his or her free hands. Oftentimes a fifth participant is required to stabilize King Tut in his maneuvering.
