A white person who falls often. Actually it's more than that but I'll keep it at often. One who aspires to be a white collar office worker that never goes home and cries and sleeps away his life under his desk after being rejected by yet another "woman" in his favorite online games World of Warcraft, Guild Wars and Hello Kitty Island Adventure. One whose nemesis is the sun and its shearing rays of death. Commonly referred to as DougAss Doog Jug Dog Little One or any other derogatory name that comes to mind. Can be used as an insult.
