A language used by some teenagers in New Mexico where the speaker takes the first syllable and repeats it twice and doesn't say the last syllable(s). If the word only has one syllable, just repeat the word or break the syllable in half. It can be used with words (like cafeteria in sample 1 and man in sample 2) or names like hannah (in sample 2). It can be used to make things rhyme, like in example 2.
