A term horribly corrupted by the neoconservatives and the ignorant. -True Republicans are against wars and support a nonintervention (=/= isolationism) foreign policy. -A true Republican supports maximized civil liberties. -A true Republican is against high spending and high taxes. -A true Republican goes by the wisdom of our Founding Fathers (for example, the Constitution clearly states that the federal government's only real purpose is to protect our rights, not be our fucking babysitter). The USA PATRIOT Act is the last thing one should associate with the Republican party. -A true Republican wouldn't declare a "War on Terror", but back a puppet dictatorship made by us.
