Originated from when the British ruled over the Irish long ago. The Brits wanted Ireland for themselves but the Irish stood their ground and wouldn't leave. So the British government created a new law that allowed any British soldier to sleep with any Irish woman on the first night of her wedding. This law was called Fornication Under Consent of the King, or F.U.C.K. as an acronym.
