A mental disorder similar to manic-depression, but where the person is only productive a small portion of the day, usually 5 minutes before a deadline. Symptoms include laziness and apathy for 90% of any working period, followed by a short burst of hyperactivity and blinding hot panic for a few minutes at a time, occuring when something was supposed to be completed or turned in. Resembles a seizure, but much less productive. Related to procrastination.
