When some idiot comes into a conversation, often asking questions that have already been answered. The word can be used as a noun describing a person(accent on a), or as a verb(no accent on a). Origins: The first part (fa) comes from the movie "the sound of music", and means "a long, long way to run". The second part (gender) comes from the greek prefix, to be created. However, all that is irrelevant, because the word is actually from russian.
