An American pop culture graphic t-shirt that consists of word play that is apparently designated to incite animosity between suburban European-Americans and African-Americans. Contrary to popular opinion, it obviously has no basis for humor or parody, and should be deemed a racial epithet because it's a blatant mockery of the iconic rap artist Tupac Shakur's 1993 album, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. which contains tracks emphasizing the deceased artists political and social views. How dare they?!!
