A person who uses Google Groups to post to usenet, all the while having no knowledge of how usenet works, thinking that it's a web forum where people actually care about a rating system and can 'cancel' their posts. Googletards have been responsible for the 'dumbing down' of usenet since the inception of Google Groups. Before Google Groups, a person had to have enough nous to find an NNTP host and set up a newsreader. Now they just need a Gmail account.
