Similar to the sex stunt, "The Danza", The Delivery Boy is performed when a guy is having sex with a girl from behind. Other variations can be done when the guy is receiving head. As the dude is about to cum he announces "DING DONG", imitating the sound that a doorbell makes. When the chick looks up to see why he made the noise, he slaps her across the face with a slice of pizza. (Yes, a real slice of pizza) After the 'pizza slap' occurs, many have chosen to add a quote after the 'delivery' has been made: "Here's the extra sauce!"
