A term used by someone who is trying to place blame for there own actions onto other people. These people generally are very poor at there jobs and usually work in the Calibrated tool field. They would sooner destroy the company and there co workers than take blame for something themselves Generally blurted out when a person realizes they havent done there job properly and use the phase to take blame off them selves and poke fun at the issue at hand
