One who steals Smarties from supermarkets, usually favoring the Co-Op. Often leaving belongings behind, Winlows are not talented thieves, and more often then not are caught in due time. It may be pure irony, but some say that Winlows steal Smarties specifically in order to become smart, and the fact that they leave belongings behind is proof that in fact, prior to Smartie consumption, they're quite stupid.
