The illusionary coverage of any fluff material which has no relevance or place in societies eye and which is merely another reinforcement to the pillory the media has constructed over our eyes to blind us from any important current events. 2. A spectral media story or concoctive work aptly timed to distract from more pressing matters. 3. Irrelevant garbage news which satiates the ignorant and empty minded. 4. A person/celebrity who doesn't know you and doesn't care about you, but who the media thinks warrants your full attention and emotional faculties.
